Personal data protection notice  SELECTIVE MANAGEMENT Sp. z o.o.

Below we present the most important information about the rules of processing personal data used by our Website. This information has been prepared taking into account the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

I. Legal basis

We process personal data in accordance with the rule described in art. 6 (1b) of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC) as part of the conducted activities and business relationships based on legal requirements in art. 6(1c) of the GDPR or in the public interest (Article 6(1e) of the GDPR) and in the context of balancing interests (Article 6(1f) of the GDPR).

III. General data-processing rules

We process personal data as part of our business.

Personal data may include the following information:
Name and surname, address, other contact details (e-mail address, telephone), date and place of birth, gender, marital status, bank account numbers, details of identification documents (ID card, passport), tax identification number NIP, PESEL number, dimensions , photos.

IV. Data processing purposes

Personal data will be processed in order to:

  • responses to the inquiry and the application sent to us,
  • sending information regarding services related to SELECTIVE MANAGEMENT and/or its sponsors, clients, advertisers and business partners,
  • providing custom content, advertisements and services,
  • keeping the company's financial, HR and payroll documentation,
  • keeping documentation regarding the protection of personal data in connection with applicable regulations,
  • identifying or addressing potential threats to the website's security,
  • transferring data to clients for the purpose of presenting Models during castings, sending proposals for new orders, updating information,
  • for any other purpose specified at the time the information was collected.

V. Data processing period

The data will be processed only for the period in which we have a legal basis for it, and the processing period depends on contractual obligations and the purpose of processing, or provisions constituting the basis for processing, so until:

  • we will no longer be subject to a legal obligation obliging us to process your data (especially related to accounting),
  • the possibility of determining, pursuing or defending claims related to the contract concluded by the parties ceases to exist,
  • consent to data processing will be withdrawn, if it was its basis,
  • we will take into account the objection to processing depending on what is applicable in a given case and what is the latest.

After the processing period has expired, the data is deleted or anonymised.

VI. Rights of data subjects

Data subjects have the following rights: access to personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, request to transfer data to another administrator.

And also the law:

  • raise an objection at any time – to the processing of data for reasons related to a special situation – to the processing of data relating to the person requesting personal data, based on art. 6(1) (f) GDPR (i.e. on legitimate interests pursued by the administrator), including profiling based on these provisions,
  • the right to rectification - the Administrator is obliged to remove any inconsistencies or errors in the processed data, and supplement them in a situation where they are incomplete,
  • the right to information - on the basis, the Administrator provides information about the processing of data to the person submitting the request,
  • the right to obtain a copy - on this basis, the Administrator provides a copy of the processed data regarding the person submitting the request,
  • the right to withdraw consent - if the data is processed on the basis of consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw it at any time.

VII. Authorisation to process personal data

Consent to the processing of personal data may be revoked at any time. It should be remembered that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of data processing before its withdrawal, and data processing without the user's consent is lawful if it is necessary for the performance of the Agreements between us (Article 6 (1b) of the GDPR).

The Administrator reserves the right to disclose selected data concerning the data subject to competent authorities or third parties if they submit a request fot such information based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.

VIII. Transfer of data to non-EU countries

The transfer of data to countries outside the European Union (so-called third countries) takes place only in exceptional cases, when it is necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, or in situations required by law.
